As a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional, I bring over 18 years of expertise as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine and 25+ years as a Registered Nurse. I am deeply committed to helping individuals in Phoenix and surrounding areas achieve optimal wellness through personalized care, disease prevention, and a holistic approach to health.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in chronic disease management, including diabetes and insulin therapy, hormone optimization therapy through BioTe and Evexipel, comprehensive laboratory management, food allergy management, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and anti-inflammatory treatments. I am also certified in Botox, advanced dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, Beautifil liposuction and fat transfer, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as microneedling and PRP rejuvenation therapy.
My philosophy of care is centered around being patient-oriented and actively listening to my patients, as I believe that understanding the root cause of health issues is crucial in providing effective solutions. I take a collaborative, integrative approach to wellness and am dedicated to offering high-quality, preventive healthcare that supports each patient’s unique needs.
