Here at Pineapple Health, we offer and perform an integrative and preventive annual wellness physical exam. Unlike other primary care offices that solely focus on diseases, we go deeper into the health of our patients. Your physical will consist of an EKG for heart rhythm, spirometry for lung function, a urinalysis, and a full panel of blood work that includes nutrition, hormones, and environmental testing that assess your overall inflammatory status. ** If anything other than wellness is discussed or implemented during your physical exam appointment, ie. – medical history, prescription refills, aches or pains, rash, STD testing, hormone-related issues, etc. – a diagnosis code other than Z00.00 may be added and is not considered to be covered under preventive /wellness by your insurance company.
