Kevin Chan DO, MS, MMM, MBA, MHA, MHCDS, MHCI, MHCM, PCEO, FASA, FAIHM, FAAMFM, is a board-certified lipidologist at Pineapple Health in Phoenix and has been providing expert care for more than 20 years. Dr. Chan is an integrative and holistic physician who focuses on total health and especially in heart attack and stroke prevention. Instead of placing a Band-Aid over an existing health issue, he finds the root cause to cure the issue and improve overall wellness.

I am an Arizona native and reside in Ahwatukee with my husband and 3 daughters, 3 dogs, 1 bird, 1 guinea pig, and 2 sugar gliders (yes my girls love animals).

Kerry is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After practicing as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in the area of Cardiology and Emergency Medicine, Kerry continued her education and received her MSN-FNP degree from Walden University.
Alexis Hatch

Family Nurse Practitioner
Alexis is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Alexis was born and raised in New Hampshire where she started her medical career in 2007 as a physical therapist assistant. She obtained her Associate’s degree in Nursing from University of New England in 2011. She furthered her education by pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at University of Massachusetts, completing it in 2013. Alexis worked as a telemetry nurse for twelve years as well as a school nurse. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2022 from Grand Canyon University. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling.
