Kevin Chan DO, MS, MMM, MBA, MHA, MHCDS, MHCI, MHCM, PCEO, FASA, FAIHM, FAAMFM, is a board-certified lipidologist at Pineapple Health in Phoenix and has been providing expert care for more than 20 years. Dr. Chan is an integrative and holistic physician who focuses on total health and especially in heart attack and stroke prevention. Instead of placing a Band-Aid over an existing health issue, he finds the root cause to cure the issue and improve overall wellness.

Katy received her Master’s in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She started her nursing career in 2011 with most of her time spent in the emergency room. Her interests are in taking a functional medicine approach and getting to the root cause of disease through diet and lifestyle modifications.

Kerry is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After practicing as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in the area of Cardiology and Emergency Medicine, Kerry continued her education and received her MSN-FNP degree from Walden University.
